PI Notes - Accounts Screen.

PI Notes - Account Screen -  We have increased the size of the Notes Accounts Screen so that we could add more data fields to the screen.   These include co buyer information and email address.  We have also added buttons that allow you make skype calls to the customers phone numbers and to quickly email the customer.
